SoftNet provides a range of digital products and services, including but not limited to desktop applications, web applications, and open-source hardware projects. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.

• You should use our products and services in a lawful and compliant manner. • You must not use our products for any illegal activities. • You must not attempt to crack, decompile, or otherwise obtain product source code (except for open-source projects). • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

This platform may include features based on generative AI technology ("AI Features"), including but not limited to AI chat, content generation, and intelligent analysis. • AI-generated output is produced by machine learning models and is for reference only. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You should independently evaluate the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated content. • Input you submit when using AI Features is used solely to process your request in real time. We do not use your input for AI model training or optimization, and we do not unlawfully retain input records that can identify you. • In accordance with the "Administrative Provisions on Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services" and the "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services," we prominently label AI-generated content. You must not remove, modify, or circumvent such labels. • Where AI Features are accessible to minors, we recommend supervision by a guardian and have implemented usage limits and content filtering as protective measures. • You must not use AI Features to generate illegal content, infringe upon others' rights, spread false information, or attempt to bypass security filters. • If you discover that AI Features have generated illegal or inappropriate content, please report it to [email protected]. We will address and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We strictly comply with the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information System Security of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of Computer Information Networks and the Internet," the "Provisions on the Implementation of Security Protection Technical Measures for Internet Services," the "Security Protection Requirements for Interactive Internet Services," the "Basic Procedures and Requirements for Internet Service Security Assessment," and other applicable laws, regulations, and security management standards. We fulfill the following security protection obligations: • Illegal Content Filtering: Review and filter content published on the platform to prevent dissemination of information prohibited by law. • Public Information Patrol: Regularly inspect public information on the platform to promptly detect and handle violations. • User Identity Verification: Verify user identity information in accordance with the law to ensure registered user information is authentic and valid. • Log Retention: Retain user log information as required by law, for the period prescribed by applicable regulations. • Emergency Response: Immediately take measures such as stopping transmission, removal, and reporting upon discovering illegal content or security incidents. Users shall cooperate with us in fulfilling the above security protection obligations and shall not use our products and services to engage in activities that endanger network security.

• Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. • We do not guarantee that the products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

• All content included in SoftNet products (including but not limited to text, images, code, and interface design) is protected by intellectual property laws. • Open-source projects follow their respective open-source licenses. • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software without written authorization.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall seek amicable resolution; if resolution fails, the case shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in our jurisdiction.
