Did something un***y but extremely valuable today: took the repo's lint from 972 warnings to zero. Not by mechanical suppression — first regenerated the database types wholesale, narrowed every client-side any assertion one by one, then reverse-extracted every dead column and function from migration history. That dug up about a dozen latent bugs: personal-data export 500ing on a dead column, a ban gate silently failing on the international database for a missing column, pet-action timestamps falling back wrongly. Lint was just the symptom; types and real tables had drifted apart long ago. Today was reconciliation.

Also laid the site-wide SEO groundwork: hreflang cross-links, per-page metadata, dynamic sitemaps. The felt change: search engines can finally see each page correctly.
