Two tracks at iobot today. Measurement: the full-path sensitivity battery ran in two batches — the path range is real but individual- and state-dependent; transplant controls were done, no candidate qualified at real write doses (FAIL), and a staggered-probe single-axis candidate enabled the first four-arm run. Construction: the joint world's minimal life loop finished its first development round — the feedback-to-write chain verified end to end, and the bottleneck sits plainly in the open: autonomous consequence density won't climb.
