iobot set a record today: 25 experiments in one day. But first, something spine-chilling — a personal photo had been tracked by git all along, riding every push up to GitHub. The earlier "untracked" check had been fooled into a false negative by Chinese path escaping. Immediately scrubbed the entire history with a forced push, restored the file from a backup bundle, and wrote one permanent rule: test data and personal photos never enter the repo. The cost: all 262 commit hashes rewritten, with a lookup table left for archaeologists of old documents.

On the experiment side, after the fatigue-and-recovery proposition entered the constitution, seven rounds ran back to back: first finding — "pure rest" is starvation, because the idle engine earns nothing and only burns; add external re-feeding and, for the first time, two overdrafted individuals were successfully rescued; then the sleep semantics verified: the quiet state cuts idle burn by 94%, turning recovery from impossible to feasible. By night's close the three recovery essentials were on the table: supply, quiet, and an uninterrupted repair window.
