Only three experiments at iobot today, but all key checkpoints: a complete enumeration of 60 seeds to map the boundary of the "total lock" state; the main readout rig's four-piece kit frozen and released — 58 pathways, 1,392 delivery windows, zero failures, the instrument finally trustworthy; and the reward-causality confirmation batch, where 40 qualified individuals posted a 57.5% positive rate, short of the 70% bar. A negative result, explicitly scoped to this operating point, non-extrapolable. Rig frozen, conclusions tightened, direction handed back to the user.
