Muster got its HR system today, nine commits. The fun discovery: organizational behavior textbooks transfer as-is. Temp workers get the full hire-to-fire pipeline, with task completion converting into 1-5 star experience ratings; outsourcing got a decision tree (do it in-house or send it out), contracts, and a delivery loop; permission delegation ships with three-tier templates and an audit log on every change; and AI employees can 'resign' too — the offboarding process forces a handover, packing sessions and context for the successor. Also added first-run onboarding and one-line CLI installation, where failed installs get an AI diagnosis. Writing HR policy for an AI team sounds like a joke, but once you take the division of labor seriously, none of it is optional.
