This was the day Muster learned to plug into the outside world. The MCP client grew from local-subprocess-only to three transports — local, SSE, and Streamable HTTP — so remote MCP servers can hook in too. A plugin marketplace took shape: search local skill libraries and GitHub together, and if nothing turns up, let the AI draft one on the spot as a fallback. Project onboarding became a state machine with hard gates on every phase — not ready, not started; going back is fine, skipping isn't. The orchestrator got a circuit breaker: three straight failures on one task and it stops, so endless retries can't quietly burn the budget. One theme ties the four: capability comes from outside, the process holds the gate, and failure has brakes.
