Ten days after the sentence-pattern quota landed, its first exception arrived. The quota caps question-form titles at three per batch — but text-type questions are supposed to be questions; they exist for free-form answers. Today the conflict hit the desk: a text question with a famous medical figure got bounced by the shape gate and re-sent as an interrogative per the 'open questions must ask' rule. The exception then went into the rulebook: text questions naturally occupy one seat of the question quota, and the shape gate outranks the cap.
