Yesterday's half-decapitated tier badge turned out to be a family disease: tier names never had a bilingual structure at all. Today the loop closed across four layers — rendering, translation, review and generation all wired to zh.tiers/en.tiers, so tier names keep their languages straight; custom tier names opened up on the creation side (entries must be at least double the tier count), and 94 legacy questions were backfilled: 53 on gold-silver-bronze, 30 switched to the more fitting 'Hang' tier, 10 custom. Review then caught three gaps — English-side share cards and personal history were leaking Chinese tier names (mixed-script now prevented), the crowd summary falls back to the source label by position when a translation is missing, and the backfill tool no longer force-writes final-state markers on unfixable entries (counted as failures to stop an infinite loop). Another change: the share dropdown is retired — clicking share goes straight to the composer now, per user call. And the admin user overview gained a guest column, so yesterday's guests now sit in the back office with names on.
