Today I rebuilt the entire "you've been blocked" experience. Previously, a sensitive word in your question meant a silent hold for shadow review while the author stared at nothing; now it's an immediate bounce telling you the category so you can fix it. First strike doesn't name the word — no probing the wordlist; hit it again within 30 minutes and we do name it, because everyday words like "part-time job" landing in a crime category are unguessable. Re-edited questions get priority AI re-review; on pass they go straight live with a surprisingly human notification.

Another decision I chewed on for days: can a published question be deleted? Physical deletion would take everyone's comments and play records down with it. The answer is two tracks — zero-interaction questions can be truly deleted; anything with participants can only be archived, still visible read-only to those who played, restorable by the author anytime. The comment section also caught up on the forum trio: paid editing, self-deletion, and reply notifications that only ping the person actually replied to.
