The type quota ran its first day: six questions per batch bucketed across debate, match-up, vote and text — the recent vote dominance is now structurally root-pruned. A regional quota joined too: at most two China-domestic topics per batch, at least four international, with international news chart-scanning a mandatory step — the question bank's palate should match the reader distribution.
