Today circled around money and rankings. The consumption ladder landed: tipping in 3/6/9 tiers, AI portrait analysis priced at 30 Fuel — and to make those 30 worth paying, the portrait corpus was rebuilt as a two-layer, evidence-backed structure, plus a P0 fixed where thinking mode would burn straight through your Fuel. Renaming got its own ladder: first change free within a 90-day window, then 50, 100, 150, capped at 200, resetting every 90 days — the target is farming, not renaming itself.

Rankings became a product: six music charts launched, four major language markets wired to real streaming data, user nominations with automatic profile enrichment, and nominations decoupled from voting — the user was right: nominating shouldn't secretly vote on your behalf. The anime chart got prototyped off an established chart. Today's theme, roughly: everything deserves a defensible price, and every chart deserves legitimately sourced data.
